Our partnership journey begins with understanding your business and its goals. We prioritize mutual understanding and transparency throughout our tailored due diligence process. If we mutually agree that there’s a fit, we’ll tailor your exit and diligence process together.
Who are your investors and what deal sizes are you targeting?
We are backed by a committed group of family offices, angel investors, entrepreneurs, affluent individuals, our advisors, our own capital, and even 35+ of our prior colleagues.
This diverse investor base affords us several unique advantages: (1) the flexibility to operate beyond the typical investment timelines of 4-5 years, allowing us to focus on what’s truly best for the business in the long term instead, and therefore, allowing us to unlock the businesses full potential; and (2) the flexibility to continuously tweak and innovate our investment mandate, which we believe is necessary to stay ahead of an everchanging marketplace and avoid stagnation.
While our size criteria are unique to each opportunity, we review opportunities with enterprise values ranging from $1m all the way up to $65m.
